Our team at HSH Solicitors offer advice and consultation on a range of legal matters.  HSH Solicitors has been providing litigation and legal services to private and commercial clients across Essex for more than 9 years.  Our friendly team offer free initial advice for divorce and family disputes and Probate matters.  We also offer a high calibre, discreet service dealing with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and residential/commercial conveyancing.

WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT OPEN ON SATURDAY MORNINGS GIVEN THE CURRENT SITUATION.

HSH Solicitors is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Solicitors Regulation Authority Number: 558015

Coronavirus/Covid-19

From 24th March 2020 due to the current situation we are no longer seeing clients face to face.  We are conducting all meetings by phone (including also shortly video skype facility where appropriate).  We would ask that you contact us via telephone or email us to arrange a time to discuss your matter with you.

We are operating on a skeleton staff with limited support staff on site and solicitors mostly are working remotely.  The best way to contact your solicitor is via email as follows:

Hazel.heptinstall@hshsolicitors.co.uk

Gail.thompson@hshsolicitors.co.uk

Irfan.kunes@hshsolicitors.co.uk

The firm’s telephone number 01708 773360 continues to take calls but all calls are being redirected to our mobile offsite and taken by our support staff.  They will relay messages to each fee earner as required.

We would request that any correspondence and documentation is sent to us via email given that there may be a delay with the post and so that we are able to progress matters remotely.  Please avoid delivering if possible correspondence and documentation direct to the office via letterbox as this will need to be scanned and emailed by our skeleton support staff to the relevant Solicitor.

There will be some variation only if necessary for new clients who want to make wills.

We would ask that you monitor our website and the Government advice regularly as our work practices may change following any updated announcements and advice from the Government.

May we thank you for cooperation and patience during this very difficult time.  Please stay safe.

Hazel Heptinstall, Senior Partner`.
