Residential and Commercial Conveyancing
At HSH Solicitors, we have a team dedicated to residential and commercial conveyancing law, who can advise you on a range of issues. We understand how stressful buying or selling a property can be and we aim to look into everything surrounding your housing transaction, providing you with regular updates along the way.
We act for individuals assisting them with their purchases, sales, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, assignment of leases, lease renewals, lease extensions, right to buy and shared ownership. We assist commercial clients with commercial purchases, leases for assignments, lease renewals, drawing agreements and general advice. We can also help with the preparation of the Declaration of Trusts and general property advice.
When you are buying or selling a home, our team of solicitors can carry out all the legal formalities required to complete the transaction. Including requesting searches, negotiating the price, exchanging contracts and ensuring everything runs smoothly for completion day. At HSH Solicitors, our specialist team can provide home buyers and sellers with honest and expert guidance when completing a property transaction.
We pride ourselves on remaining independent so that we can offer impartial advice on your matter. As part of the firm’s policy of remaining independent, unlike many other solicitor practices, we refuse to enter into any referral agreements including, with Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers or any comparison sites, where we would be required to pay a referral fee for your work or receive a payment in return. This is a promise we have made to ourselves as well as our clients; it is something we will continue to live by in the future.
